Job Description

Lead construction projects from planning through final delivery
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement processes
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulations
Monitor job site progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedules
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to execute project plans
Drive project documentation, reporting, and successful closeout procedures
Uphold company standards for service, safety, and overall project satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and safety standards
Experience working with subcontractors and managing multiple project stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in project management and construction software tools
Familiarity with government, healthcare, or institutional projects is a plus
