Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any on-site challenges.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Promote and enforce safety regulations on all job sites.
