• Plan, execute, and finalize commercial construction projects in alignment with client requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets, to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project risks and implement effective solutions to address challenges as they arise.
• Prepare and present regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
