Job Description

  • Lead on commercial ground up projects from inception through completion
  • Partner directly with leadership as they continue to scale business
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Work directly on design-build projects
  • Deliver projects ranging from $10M+ in a diverse commercial pipeline

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Experience in design-build is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
