Job Description

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure goals are met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks propmtly.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Lead and motivat project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
