Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Richmond, VA will:

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $1M-$30M in value
  • Oversee superintendents and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and quality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and financials using Procore and related tools
  • Coordinate with internal project coordinators for reporting and administrative support
  • Travel to project sites as needed (approximately once per month, multi-day trips)
  • Work primarily from the office with site visits as required

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Richmond, VA will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Experience delivering self-storage, grocery, industrial, retail, or entertainment projects
  • Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred
  • No residential or multi-family background (will not be considered)
  • Comfortable managing field leadership and reporting directly to executive leadership
