Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take full ownership of interior construction projects across commercial and healthcare sectors.

  • Manage multiple interior construction projects from award to final completion
  • Lead scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
  • Act as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee healthcare and Class A commercial interiors, ensuring compliance and quality
  • Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, architects, and consultants
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior construction or fit‑out projects
  • Background delivering healthcare and/or Class A commercial interiors
  • Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore or similar preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a detail‑driven, hands‑on approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
