Job Description



Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout and owner turnover.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and scope alignment.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to align field operations and logistics.



Client & Team Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
  • Lead OAC meetings, progress updates, and internal project reviews.
  • Communicate project status clearly and proactively to all stakeholders.



Risk, Cost & Quality Control

  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate schedule, cost, and constructability risks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Experience with projects such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, commercial buildings, or specialty industrial work.
  • Strong understanding of estimating, buyout, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple scopes and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary Expectations

  • Base Salary: $95,000 - $125,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $110,000 - $145,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10-20% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $650 - $1,000 per month
