Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued at $15M+
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Oversee change orders, contracts, and project documentation
  • Drive quality standards and client satisfaction throughout delivery

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Background delivering commercial, education, healthcare, municipal, or light industrial projects
  • Experience managing projects in the $10M+ range
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost reporting
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Primavera, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to build long‑term client and subcontractor relationships
