Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution strategy
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Manage client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project financials
  • Support and mentor project engineers and junior staff

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong background managing ground-up and/or large-scale projects
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and delivery methods
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
