Job Description

  • Manage projects from estimating and buyout through closeout
  • Develop and control budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Lead subcontractor bidding, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Partner with field supervision to ensure safety, quality, and delivery
  • Present clearly to owners and support pursuit of new work

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 9+ years experience in construction project management
  • Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, industrial, K‑12, or higher education projects
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Detail‑oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
