Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report to senior leadership and take ownership of full-cycle project delivery across multiple ground-up builds.

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Oversee municipal projects, including public safety facilities and community infrastructure
  • Drive cost control, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • 5-7+ years of construction Project Manager experience
  • Proven track record managing ground-up commercial or public projects
  • Experience delivering municipal projects; public safety projects preferred
  • Ability to operate independently and "hit the ground running"
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
  • Must be based in the Southeast region and able to work on-site
