Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.



Financial Management

  • Manage project cost reporting, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Oversee contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accountability for project financial performance.



Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication throughout construction.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Support the company's reputation for exceptional service and project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
  • Total Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000+
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based
  • Vehicle Allowance: Company vehicle or allowance plus fuel card
