With a healthy backlog and continued growth, they offer long-term career stability and advancement opportunities for construction professionals seeking an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionProject Leadership & ExecutionManage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.Develop project execution plans, schedules, and procurement strategies.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.Coordinate internal project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Financial ManagementPrepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.Monitor project financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.Review pay applications, invoices, and monthly project projections.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.Lead project meetings and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
