Job Description

  • Manage project submittals from initial receipt through approval.
  • Coordinate and track Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation.
  • Maintain project records and document control systems.
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Support schedule execution and overall project delivery objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-8 years of commercial construction experience.
  • Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of submittals, Requests for Information, project documentation, and closeout procedures.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams.
  • Stable work history with strong tenure.
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software preferred.
  • Municipal, educational, institutional, or commercial construction experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
