MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant2-8 years of commercial construction experience.Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Manager.Knowledge of submittals, Requests for Information, project documentation, and closeout procedures.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams.Stable work history with strong tenure.Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software preferred.Municipal, educational, institutional, or commercial construction experience is a plus.Self-motivated individual with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience.
