Job Description

  • Define project scope, create schedules, and establish budgets.
  • Manage and align architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, mitigate, and address potential project risks.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
  • Track milestones, maintain quality control, and adjust plans as needed.
