Project Manager - Commercial - Jacksonville

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
