About Our Client

My client has a projected revenue of $200M for the 2026 calendar year. They have doubled their revenue in the last year and plan to double their staff in the next 3. You will have the opportunity to build out processes and systems and be the face of a company as they expand their Kansas City market presence. My client primarily focuses on the data center and light industrial project sectors.

Job Description

  • Lead field operations and oversee daily project activities.
  • Drive project execution to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Control project budgets, costs, and financial forecasting.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Enforce safety policies and quality control standards.
  • Lead risk management and contract administration efforts.
  • Support field engineering and technical project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Construction Management or related degree
  • MEP project background
  • PEMB experience preferred
  • Extremely autonomous
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage project from full cradle to grave
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and planning skills
