Project Manager - Commercial - Little Rock

The Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects across defence, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare sectors.

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead coordination with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
• Oversee procurement strategies and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Provide regular reporting on project performance and financials
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines
