Job Description



The Project Manager - Commercial Renovations will:

  • Support the successful delivery of commercial interior and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, project documentation, and client communications.
  • Work alongside senior project leaders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage project reporting, tracking, and day-to-day execution activities.
  • Collaborate with field teams to drive project success from preconstruction through closeout.

The Successful Applicant

A successfull Project Manager - Commercial Renovations should have:

  • 4 to 7 years of construction project experience.
  • Experience with commercial interiors, renovations, banking, retail, restaurant, or healthcare projects.
  • Ability to manage project responsibilities with limited supervision.
  • Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
