Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve any concerns effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project handovers.
