Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.
  • Oversee quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and property-specific guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and external partners.
