Job Description

As a Project Manager - Construction - Greenwhich, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing custom home projects from planning through final turnover
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and consultants
  • Managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitoring project costs and maintaining budget controls
  • Leading client meetings and providing regular project updates
  • Coordinating field operations with Superintendents
  • Managing high-end finish packages and custom selections
  • Identifying project risks and implementing solutions
  • Maintaining project documentation and reporting
  • Overseeing project closeout and homeowner handoff

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction
  • Extensive experience building luxury custom homes
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential construction methods
  • Experience coordinating custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishes
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
  • Experience working with luxury homeowners, architects, and designers
  • Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar software
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
