• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain project timelines and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any project-related concerns promptly.
• Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
