Their collaborative culture, consistent project pipeline, and commitment to employee development make them a leader in the market.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously.Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.Lead project planning, procurement, and execution efforts.Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Monitor project performance to ensure quality and client satisfaction.Manage change orders, RFIs, and subcontractor relationships.Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
