Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Lead project planning, procurement, and execution efforts.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, or 10+ years for Senior Project Manager consideration.
  • Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Experience leading projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Ability to effectively manage client relationships and project teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling platforms.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience with tenant improvements, workplace interiors, healthcare interiors, or corporate office fit-outs.
  • History of delivering projects in occupied environments.
  • Local Tampa market knowledge and subcontractor relationships.
