Project Manager - Construction - K-12

• Manage all phases of construction projects within the K-12 education sector from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes during project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
