Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all construction sites.
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and resolve any project challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment within the project team.
