Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or challenges to keep timelines on track.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the approved limits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and key updates.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize disruptions.
