Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee all stages of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
