Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and project timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and construction codes.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align on project goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism.
