Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address potential issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams and external partners.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate project challenges.
