Our client is hiring for the building and construction industry in Manhattan.

Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to maintain project momentum.
