Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
