Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Lead project meetings and foster collaboration among team members.
