Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage project budgets effectively.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future projects.
