Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and oversee project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
