Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Drive project quality and ensure client satisfaction upon project completion.
