Project Manager - Construction - Miami

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to key stakeholders.
