Job Description

As a Project Manager - Construction - Queens, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Managing contracts, procurement, and buyout activities
  • Overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitoring project costs and financial reporting
  • Leading project meetings and client communication
  • Identifying project risks and implementing solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Supporting field teams to achieve key project milestones
  • Managing project closeout and turnover activities

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction
  • Experience managing projects in New York City
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
  • Experience with commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or mixed-use projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
