Project Manager - Construction (SCA)

• Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to SCA standards.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet key milestones and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, including progress reports and financial summaries, to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all project team members.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
