Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure the project meets design specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Construction should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Experience with projects such as office, healthcare, retail, industrial, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Stable project history with demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget
