Known for delivering high-quality commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, they have built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and strong client relationships. Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are looking to add a talented Project Manager to their team in Tampa.

Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to meet goals.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
