Project Manager - Construction/MEP Projects

• Lead commercial construction projects through all phases, from conceptual planning to project closeout.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams to support integrated project delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risk, and client communications.
• Oversee construction execution as either the General Contractor or Construction Manager, depending on project structure.
• Direct and collaborate with Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and external partners.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and project controls activities.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance requirements are met throughout project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector, educational, and institutional clients.
• Manage complex MEP, HVAC, lighting, and building infrastructure upgrade projects.
