Job Description

The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:

  • Plan, oversee, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and budgets, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
