Project Manager- Custom Homes in VA

• Review critical project submittals.
• Identify potential project risks and develops plans for the successful delivery of the project on schedule.
• Consult with project management team, provides support to project manager for plan approvals, building permit issuance, processing plan revisions, and walk through.
• Ensure 3-phase quality control process is implemented by the project team, and assist/oversee as required.
• Manage project budgets by developing forecasts to understand project and potential problems.
• Review and develops trade scopes to ensure complete scope coverage. Coordinates directly with estimating team to monitor buyout.
• Ensure project reporting requirements are in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure project correspondence is resolved in accordance with project requirements.
• Oversee project processes including shop drawings, RFI's change orders, and schedule updates.
• Work closely with project team to develop overall scheme for most advantageous approach to design and construction effort.
