Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and obstacles.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and external partners.

A successful Project Manager should have:
