Job Description

  • Coordinate field operations, sequencing work to meet schedule and productivity targets
  • Oversee trade performance, staffing levels, logistics, and quality execution on site
  • Implement safety plans aligned with company and regulatory standards
  • Manage project documentation including schedules, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination
  • Support constructability reviews, procurement, and continuous improvement using lean methods

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 4+ years' superintendent or field leadership experience in construction
  • Background in carpentry or concrete strongly preferred
  • Proven knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and project plans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
