Our client is a commercial general contractor that is projecting to double their annual revenue in 2026. They have a large data center project coming up in Kansas City that will keep their people local to the area for the next 5-10 years. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team and lead a data center project!

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead field operations
  • Drive project execution
  • Manage project teams
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Control project budget & forecasting
  • Coordinate Scheduling & logistics
  • Enforce safety and quality standards
  • Lead risk & contract management
  • Support field engineering & technical processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Construction related degree
  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience
  • Proven experience working in the data center or mission critical environment
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, specifications, and schedules
  • Can work autonomously
